Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service provided, you must notify Ascendia within 24 hours of service completion.

Upon review of the concern, Ascendia may, at its sole discretion:

  • Return to the property to address the issue at no additional cost.

  • Provide a partial credit toward a future service.

  • Offer another reasonable resolution deemed appropriate.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of cleaning services and the labor involved, completed services are generally non-refundable once the work has been performed.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Changes in personal preference after service completion.

  • Areas not included in the agreed scope of work.

  • Conditions that could not reasonably be corrected during the scheduled service.

  • Failure to communicate concerns within the required timeframe.

Service Revisions

If a legitimate service-quality issue is reported within 24 hours, Ascendia reserves the right to inspect the concern and, where appropriate, provide a corrective service before any refund is considered.

Cancellations

More than 48 Hours Before Service

No cancellation fee.

24–48 Hours Before Service

A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service value may apply.

Less than 24 Hours Before Service

A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value may apply.

Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show

Up to 100% of the scheduled service value may be charged due to reserved labor, travel, scheduling commitments, and lost booking opportunities.

Access Issues

If Ascendia arrives at the property and is unable to access the premises, or if the property is not ready for the scheduled service, a call-out fee may apply.

Scope Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of work after booking may result in additional charges. Clients will be notified whenever possible before additional work is performed.

Force Majeure

Ascendia shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, emergencies, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or safety concerns.
